Hello! I am a mother of two. I am looking to lose 80 pounds. I have become a huge binge eater and have gained alot of weight. I am hoping to get support and advice as well as to learn how eating healthy will satisfy me and keep me full. I am hoping to be able to ditch the junk food and keep it away. I am also looking for zero calorie snacks to eat in between meals. I need help!! I have never been this heavy and its starting to really effect me, by both my appearance and health wise.

Wow...I'm so glad I'm not alone. I have been doing the same thing. Maybe we can help each other, keep each other honest. I'm in the exact same boat, but have more than 100 lbs to lose.0
