    Yeah loved that game! I used to put all my ships in a cluster, it took a while to find them and by then I was usually winning !

    Have you seen the drinking game version - Battleshots? Little wooden ships big enough to hold shot glasses. Each time your opponent "hits" you, you drink the shot. Haven't done it myself, but it looks dangerous!

    I remember playing that game. The new version is all electronic. Pretty cool, actually (though with lots of little pieces).

    Then there was the parody in the movie "Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle" if anyone gets the reference . . . ;)

    LOL. Nope, obviously I was drying dishes. I recall playing poorly with neighbor kids...didn't own one. House full of Girls! We played a ton of outdoor games - like red light/green light, mother may I, freeze tag.

    Yes and still play it, only this time with my therapy kiddies! So much fun!

    Battleshots, oh god, don't get me started. I was ill after playing that one night with a friend. She was worse off than me though. I have good aim.

    What I remember the most about it, was everyone saying the coordinates in a super-serious tone. A grim bunch of 9-year-olds. Deadly serious. "G!" "3!" The tension only increases once you start getting hits.

    And of course, "You sank my battleship!" So satisfying.
