I've been doing the Keto diet for about two weeks and I like it for the most part. I've been doing pretty good, but it can be challenging. You just need determination. Here are some links:

Hi! I joined the low carb daily forum as well, which is full of links and advice and a very active group. A bit meat-minded though! I am mostly veggie but occasionally eat tuna and salmon, a bit more often at the moment in order to get into and stay in ketosis and get enough protein. I did low carb vegetarian diet for about 4 months a couple of years back and it was amazing, but have let things slide since then and have recently started again. It is doable!0
