June Goal

Hi everyone. I am Jessica! I have made a list of June goals and one of them is to track in my fitness pal daily! This isn't something I have followed for a long period of time but I'm hoping staying consistent will help me lose some serious weight! Any tips or hints would be greatly appreciated! Looking for friends to keep me accountable.

    Sounds great @karina23ortiz ! I'm new to this and looking for anything that can keep me accountable for the month (and maybe longer!)

    @jbrandlee1021 I started with a similar goal and now 2 years and almost 60 lbs later mfp is still where I go to keep me on track

    AWESOME! I'm hoping to be where you are eventually! I'm taking the steps to lose the weight gradually to start so I don't get frustrated!
