Baked Potatoes
I'm craving a good baked potato but I don't know what to "fill" it with to make it more of a meal. I usually top my tatoe with some crock pot chili but I don't have any on hand right now.
What's everyone's favorite toppings/fillings for a baked potato??
I'm wanting this to be dinner most likely so depending on what I fill it with the potato itself may be a good sized one just so I'm not starving. hahaha

Cottage cheese!!!!! It is my favorite in a baked potato. Add some spices that you like, too. I like garlic powder, onion powder, season salt. Mmmmmm.0

A little bit of greek yogurt and salsa... or maybe broccoli and a little bit of cheese.. You could also probobly do like ground turkey or something like that if you wanted some kind of meat....0

Tuna! with low fat salad cream or mayonaise, or with some pepper and vinegar! yummmy!0

I put fat free italian dressing in my baked potatoes.....a little strange at first, but I love it!0

I like cottage cheese and a little fat free cheddar. I avoid salt (cottage cheese has enough sodium) and just pepper to taste from there.0

That's what I'm having for lunch actually! I put two wedges of WW Jalapeno cheese on it, let it melt in a little, then add a bunch of salsa. It's soooooo good. You could use Laughing Cow also, I just like the Jalapeno WW one for the potato!
Also cottage cheese and a little bit of bacon bits is good.0 -
Tuna with a little low fat mayo??? I love baked beans on my baked potatoes... Just make sure they are low salt/sugar ones...0

mmm I love baked potatoes... just had one for dinner! I use a low cal butter alternative, shredded cheddar, little bit of light ranch dressing, black beans, and salsa. I rub a little olive oil on the outside and sprinkle the skin w/ a little salt and garlic powder before baking. so good0

I scoop 1/2 the potato out to cut the carbs and fill it with a tsp.of shredded cheese, broccoli, fat free yogurt and a sprinkle of bacon bits.0

I'm boring....I just like a little butter or "buttery spread" and sea salt. But I eat the skin too, so maybe that makes me a little more adventurous?! lol0

Some spritzes of "butter" spray and a couple of tablespoons of tzatsiki sauce that I get at Costco (Greek yogurt, cucumbers, garlic...yum! 25 calories per tablespoon). Really yummy!!!0

Campbell's chicken gumbo lite soup!!! (Actually I bake pork chops in it, and then spoon some on baked potato - skin onlyl) It may have salt in it, but for me, the concern is sugar. You also don't need much, it has a lot of flavor.0

I have recently developed the taste for a naked tater...with 2 tablespoons of blue cheese salad dressing...YUM~!0
