I am almost through my first 30 days of Paleo/Primal lifestyle. I ABSOLUTELY love it! I have no problems eating this way the food is good and I feeling great.

I'm brand new to the diet and it's a massive change for me as my daily normal diet is very carb heavy .... Any tips over your first 30 days you have picked up?0

@kellyb1285 for me personally the hardest part is letting go of food attachment. Like you don't HAVE to have sweet things for breakfast or whatever (although I still make paleo pancakes LOL). I miss sometimes just getting a sandwich and it's very difficult for me to eat out, atleast where I live.
All that said, I feel great and I'm eating 2000 calories and losing weight. Plus I'm saving money not going out to eat.
