How do I log the workouts in myfitnesspal? I'm in week two and I feel like just putting 28 minutes of cardio because it's very tedious. Does anyone have tips?

    Circuit training general.

    I used circuit training general and I found it estimates the cals close to what I usually burn. Depends on the circuit tho ex. cardio/leg circuit burns more than ab/arm circuits

    Maybe invest in a HRM? I found my cal burns range from 180-260 with her circuits, again depending on the type of circuit.
