    Mine are still up and will be until my Dad and DD return from their Christmas jaunt to Denmark. We won't have Christmas with my Dad and Bro and SIL until they return, and it's my year to have it. Can't do it with out a tree to put stuff under..... But it will come down shortly after. However, I would love to leave my outside lights up all year round, but my DH is a bah humbug! Oh well, at least he helped me put them up this year! :laugh:

    Second Christmas without my Mom though.....:sad: :sad: :sad:

    Mine have been down since Friday. I can't stand to look at them after Christmas. It just looks like a chore waiting for me.

    My next door neighbors leave them up until Ephipany. We both think the other is nuts. We're probably both right.

    Never heard it was bad luck. I took mine down last night. My son told me no normal person takes their tree down until after New Years. Silly boy. :laugh:

    I took mine down the day after christmas just to get my house in order!! Much better!!
