    Not seen it often ngl.

    Probably the words; calories, macros, exercise, weight loss, 'loose' --> that one really grinds my gears "I need to loose weight".

    Brits use it here because they say that instead of "while" when they talk out loud, it's a cultural difference. I've rarely seen anyone from North America use it.

    Absolutely not. hardly ever see it. Do you have a problem with it? Probably deficit, calorie or loose.
