Bye Baby Weight!

Looking at myself now, its hard to imagine that just three years ago I weighed 50 pounds less than I do now and felt amazing in a bikini. Since then I have had two babies, my youngest being four months old. Of course pregnancy alone didn't make me fat. With my first pregnancy I pretty much went balls to the wall with my eating, especially since it soothed the nausea. With my second, it was more medically related, but I'm sure I could've done better there, too. I know I can reach my goals. This whole eating well and exercising thing used to be my lifestyle. Sure, parts of it are a little harder now, but having kids isn't enough of an excuse to stay fat and feeling miserable. So here I am! Friends welcome!
