Hi, I've been using MFP for over 4yrs now but due to my job as a cab driver have been unable to stick to anything healthy for too long.
I'm determined to put a stop to that now tho so hopefully I'm on the road to a fitter, healthier and happier me!

Since July 1st I've lost 6.5lbs, definitely on the road!
