I got myself overwhelmed and confused!!!-time to start from scratch!

about a year ago, I lifted pretty heavy- trimmed down and was on a good path. I think I started researching too much and got overwhelmed with all the fat loss information and have seemed to gain weight/fat?! And now I am about 17 pounds heavier!!! I'm 5'5 and 145 trying to lose my belly, not get down to a certain weight. I need some friends to help keep things simple and coach/motivate me along the way!!! Let's reboot!

get back to lifting and eating protein. You will get there. Just have patience.0

Thank you both!! It's really helpful to get me back on track. I started trying all these other methods like vegan, and even carb cycling and calorie restriction but it made my body rebel and now I'm much heavier than ever.0
