After late night gym session food?

I'm training twice a day at the moment I do one session always late in the evening so I'm home at about 11ish at night every day and I'm starving,but I'm trying to trim up a bit to have some abs..What would you suggest to eat after a late night gym session?

    Some form of protein and some carbs.

    i.e. tuna and a banana (not mixed ofc)

    I eat lentil beans with pepper and salt after a workout, low calorie and both protein/carbs in them, with a piece of chicken. Maybe get a mini crock pot so you can throw your food in there in the morning, set on low, and it will be ready for you when you get home late, you sound like a busy guy!

    I would recommend some form of casein protein, this type of protein will digest slower while you sleep so your body is not starving for food while you sleep and pulling from your muscles. Cottage cheese is usually best for me.

    Thank you..Yeah I'm pretty busy none stop so I'm finding it hard through out the day I'm feeling week.I'm eating very little at the moment to try to get these abs before August but I'm loosing so much muscle because of it. I can't seem to get the both.any tips?
