    I just can't win. Not able to even get a freaking hour of riding in, because my head, back and neck start giving me trouble. I know that it takes time to heal and I need to be patient. But.......I wanna get back to where I was. Can't go out with the group ride until I can get about 2 hours saddle time. Depressing.......

    07/16 - 11.0 miles cycling (TdF Challenge Stage 12)

    After the rain yesterday we had a north wind today and it was weirdly cool, dry, sunny and downright gorgeous. Did a 13 mile run, which puts me at 87 miles.

    Went out with my girls' bike group after work yesterday. Was supposed to be doing some hill repeats. I made it 4 hills, then decided I was done. I led the less experienced riders back to town and had ice cream. (Yarnell's Lemon Ice Box Pie- YUM!)

    I am thinking I will go run a local 5k super easy paced tomorrow, and am promising myself to stop if it's too much. :)

    Back on the bike today for my once/week ride, as it's turning out to be right now. That puts me back into the blue. the blue. :expressionless: green is a far off distant unachievable color, I'm afraid.
