    Goal 1: drink 1.5 litres of water daily
    Goal 2: work on cardio at least 4x40 mins per week (training for a 5k in september)

    My goal on this challenge is to complete my Fitbit goals.
    At least one hour's activity every day
    Walk at least 5 miles per day
    Drink 8 glasses of water
    Climb 10 flights of steps
    Do at least 10,000 steps
    Keep to 12,000 calories per day.
    Think that's it.

    Oh dear.. time to face the music... :s

    I have a huge social anxiety issue to overcome..so I signed myself up for a Zumba course next month. Just once a week but it's in a large group setting. So, my goal is to attend each one and try to have fun without having a panic attack.

    Just remember that everyone is watching the instructor, not you!!

    Hi, I work with BMI's cause that's easier for everyone to understand as I have no pounds in my country.

    Current wheight: 24,1 (64 kg=141 pounds)
    august goal: 23 (61 kg)
    overall goal: 18,5 (50 kg=110 pounds)

    My goal is to keep to my growing list of food rules.
    Which include running 3 times a week.
    And no eating between 8 pm and 8 am.
