Today I shaved a minute off my pace. It's been a long struggle with setbacks, but I am proud of myself today.

    *I don't want brownie points. I want a brownie*

We all want a brownie, chum. But we can't have one. Imagine a brownie. Imagine eating it. Savour that imaginary brownie. I'm so sorry. :(

Why not? make room in your calorie deficit for it.

I cleaned the house for my boyfriend. I do this almost every morning before I go to work. He works so hard and is so amazing so he deserved to have a clean beautiful house when he comes home exhausted.

I think I just heard some angry feminist faint and hit the floor ;)

I held a resident's hand while he died a couple of weeks ago. His wife just sent flowers to my work to say thank you for doing that.
I miss the grumpy old bugger. But at least he is at peace now....

If I saw a doughnut in front of me right now, I think I'd have a heart attack.

Nothing wrong with donuts or any food for that matter. If you have cravings, make them fit in your calories. Tis easy.

Nothing wrong with donuts, but 4 of them would be close to an entire days calories for me.

I ran my first Tough Mudder two weekends ago and NAILED IT, and then ran another mud run last weekend. And no DOMS! Now I'm training for my next one two weeks from now.
