uneven lovehandles!

Okay, so I dont know how to explain this and my camera is broken so no pictures :[...I have always had uneven love handles...my right side does not stick out as far as my left...however after dropping the first 7 pounds there is an extreme difference...Honestly probably 2.5 to 3 inch difference (I asked my dad to make sure I just wasnt seeing things). Anyways I do ab work, cardio and strength training but do the same amount of reps and weights on each side....Should I do more on my left side (side that sticks out more) I am right dominated so it is only natural to have this problem but it seems to be an extreme difference. Anyone have this problem? What did you do to fix it...my dad said the sides will even out eventually. Has anyone gone through this. Any suggestions I can make to my workout?

hey girl.
my love handles are uneven too. on my left side it feels like i have a roll and it never feels that way on the right side. but when i touch the left side it feels no different than the right side. i dont know what it is. LOL. but honestly i think doing side bends with a 25lb weight on both sides will help. it sucks that your body loses fat where it wants, which sometimes makes it awkward. ):0 -
So are mine! I hate it!!0

My right side has always been bigger an my left, even when i was at my lowest weight. It's def more noticeable being bigger. Weird...0

This thread is nearly 6 years old. You could have probably just made a new one rather than bringing it back from the dead. People aren't perfectly symmetrical. Sometimes not by a long shot. If your love handles are uneven they will probably remain that way until you are very lean. Even then there is a good chance one side will be more lean than another but the less fat you hold overall the less noticeable this will probably be.1

I'm thinking maybe scoliosis has a part in the asymmetry. Any thoughts?1
