42 pounds down, hit my goal weight. 5'11 Male

I started my journey in early May. I honestly didn't think I would get anywhere near my goal. But once I started seeing that scale go down it became an addiction. I absolutely love going to the gym and working out. It helps me release stress and just have fun. Even though I hit my goal im still going every single day. I'm hoping to try and build a few pounds of muscle in the coming months.

I know it's said a lot but honestly, If I can do it, you can do it. All you have to do is start!
