losing weight and maintaining

hi, i lost 5and a half stone in 5 months due to to lots of exercise and healthy eating 2 years ago . i have kept the weight off but now just cycle and spin, at 59 i have found this works for me . anybody else got other ideas about a different training programme?

Running? Or just walking? I lost more than 70 pounds, and running has helped keep it off.0

unfortunately running is out due to tendons and ligament injuries in the past. brisk walking is good and 10,000 steps a day is supposed to a good goal. working hours make it awkward but do able if you want to keep up the good work, cheers for advice0
