Drink green tea asmuch as you like no more than 5 cups per day and other herbal is fine and lemon fresh in water is fine 2z you will need 2.5 liters of water
waking up
Bicarbonate soda 1tsp water
coconut oil in mouth swishing for 10min
Psyllium just and clay
Before breakfast apple cider 10ml
Breakfast - when you feel hungry - fresh veg juice with only one fruit-500ml

Snack
Psyllium and clay

Lunch fresh juices veg plus one fruit and 209ml coconut milk

Arvo snack clay and psy

Tea veg juice with spiralina and protein powder

After snack if hungery clay psy
Day 1 done yah
