September 2015 Weight Loss Challenge

Hi, Everyone!

This is a follow on from the August 2015 Weight Loss Challenge. It works the same way: You set your own goals, then weigh in each week. (Feel free to change the weigh-ins to suit your own schedule.) Everyone is welcome, no matter what your goals may be. You don't need to have done the August challenge to join in September.

You will copy the form below, and paste it in a new reply, adding your own information. Each week you will update in another new reply.

    Welcome to MFP and to our challenge!

    You did it perfectly (just post - no need to be added).

    I recommend copying your post to a blank document on your computer. Then, each week you can update it and copy and paste to post your new info. (Otherwise you'll have to sift through the responses to find what you wrote before.)
