I have been working out at 30 minutes a day and today I am really sore and my neck hurts should I take a break or try to do it tonight.

Listen to your body. I usually take at least one rest day a week. You need to give your body a chance to recover and repair itself.0

If you're sore, but still want to do something stretching and planks are a great way to stretch and strengthen stabilizing muscles. Don't overdo these either, but doing some will help prevent future injuries and soreness.0
