Morning everyone! We did this in the spring but this is something that should be kept up with periodically throughout the year. If you are busy just try and find some time to do it this week!

Today's Challenge: Clean out your fridge!

The last time I did this....it was not pretty! It's amazing what goes expired when you don't pay attention to it...

    Good Idea, I have not done a good cleaning on mine lately. Things tend to get pushed to the back of the fridge and turn nasty.

    I tend to clean mine out once every two weeks. I always seem to have veggies that I have forgotten all about until they are well past the point of grossness.

    Good challenge. I actually clean it every week, the day before trash day!
