Does anybody know how to create a master list of food items? I hate having to add the same foods for different meals. For example; if i add a piece of toast for breakfast, i cannot find that entry if i want to add a piece of toast for dinner. Is there any way to make this easier?

    It should be in your recent foods list

    you should be able to add it from one meal to another.

    If you go to your tracker you will see quick tools under breakfast lunch and dinner you can add whatever to your meals and add to when you eat it then or just copy to the day and meal you want to add to. Hope that:happy: makes sense

    what am i doing wrong if the food does not show up in the recent foods list? it just drives me crazy to search for the same food and not find it because it is a different meal.

    Hit "Add Food", then go to the "recent' tab. Then use the drop down (top, left) and change to "all meals"

    So you have toast for breakfast and want to add toast to lunch. Click "add food" for lunch. Just above the "most used" tab there is a blue down arrow. Click it and select "All Meals". Then click the "Recent" tab. Your most recent foods from all meals are shown. You can click through up to 4 pages of recent foods.
