Tuna with avocado and tomato. Or fish (frozen filet) and frozen steamed veggies. Either one of these takes less than 10 min to prepare, and minimal dishes.

Moroccan lentils or Greek yogurt depending on how hungry.

Moroccan lentils take like 10 mins to cook and about as hard as 2 minute noodles.

Got plenty of protein and relatively low in calories for the quantity of food.

Are you making the Moroccan lentils "from scratch," or is this a pre-packaged mix type of thing? (And if so, if you don't mind, what is it? This sounds so good!)

Grilled chicken or a slice of meatloaf, 200 grams cooked rice, 2 serv of a steamed veg (broccoli or peas or green beans)

I cook up 4 meals worth, portion out into Tupperware and I have a quick easy meal for lunch or dinner.

Mmm I'm crazy about fajitas- grilled chicken, sauteed peppers and onions on a small sized tortilla with plain Greek yogurt and salsa. I'm probably going to eat it 4-5 times this week alone. Sometimes I'll do an egg instead of the chicken. So good.
