I love Papa Johns thin crust veggie pizza, since pizza was mentioned, but my go to meal is a banana sandwich with peanut butter.0

That zucchini pizza does sound good!
I eat black beans + tomatoes/salsa + add ons (low fat cheese, avocado, roasted corn, chicken/fake chicken, hot sauce/peppers/paprika, cumin, green onions, cilantro, quinoa, rice, etc) sometimes straight, sometimes as a wrap, depending on what's around or looks good at the store.
When I'm really hungry on a Friday I get fresh fish and pan fry a giant hunk of salmon or trout with fresh thyme. The thyme gets crispy and delicious.0 -
short ribs in the crock pot with onions and carrots, garlic mashed potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts, and gravy made from the short rib juice. we eat it every week and i can't get it inside my body fast enough haha.0

fresh spinach is great in a bowl with a hot soup over it. I also think of it as my "bed" for most of my pasta plates. Spinach on the plate with a drizzle of olive oil, a splatter of water with my fingers and in the microwave for 20 seconds then the meal goes on top of it. Yummy0
