I love Papa Johns thin crust veggie pizza, since pizza was mentioned, but my go to meal is a banana sandwich with peanut butter.

Do you have a recipe? Sounds yummy :)

1/4 -1/2 cup of organic tomato sauce
    1/2 zucchini, thinly sliced
2 1/2 tbsp shaved Parmesan OR shredded mozzarella
    garlic powder
    crushed red pepper
    olive oil spray
    1. Set oven to Broil on High
    2. Spread zucchini out on a baking pan covered in foil or parchment paper
    3. Spray with olive oil spray and sprinkle with garlic powder and crushed red pepper
    4. Broil for a few minutes until zucchini starts to brown
    5. Remove pan from oven and flip zucchini slices. Season again.
    6. Top each mini pizza with sauce, cheese and sprinkle with oregano.
    7. Place in broiler again until cheese is melty and golden

    Equals only 200 calories !

That zucchini pizza does sound good!

I eat black beans + tomatoes/salsa + add ons (low fat cheese, avocado, roasted corn, chicken/fake chicken, hot sauce/peppers/paprika, cumin, green onions, cilantro, quinoa, rice, etc) sometimes straight, sometimes as a wrap, depending on what's around or looks good at the store.

When I'm really hungry on a Friday I get fresh fish and pan fry a giant hunk of salmon or trout with fresh thyme. The thyme gets crispy and delicious.

1 oz of beef or turkey kelbasa (cut up the U shaped sausage and weigh them out and put in a container)
    1 T of olive oil
cut up zucchini or whatever veggie you like
1/4 cup of Royal Blend tri colored rice (wild rice and others)
saute' in a pan with sprinkling of cayenne pepper, tumeric, and course black pepper
cover with water and put in 1 tsp of Better Than Boullion chicken paste
cover with lid until rice is soft. (about 8-10 min)
Put a handful of fresh baby spinach in a large Ramen style bowl.
Pour the pan mixture over spinach and sprinkle with some graded parmesan.

fresh spinach is great in a bowl with a hot soup over it. I also think of it as my "bed" for most of my pasta plates. Spinach on the plate with a drizzle of olive oil, a splatter of water with my fingers and in the microwave for 20 seconds then the meal goes on top of it. Yummy
