Have just recommened mfp to two people at work, as they have asked what i am doing. They think i look good and am doing well :)
Only 9 pounds down but people have already commented, i think the weight leaves my face quite quickly, so maybe thats why its noticable. I havent really felt like there's much difference. But hey!! Makes me want to keep going and going!!

    Wow, that's great! Congrats! It's true how little triumphs can really give you the motivation to keep it up.

    That's so awesome. That happened to me a couple weeks ago too, I also recruited two people to MFP! It feels great! Congratulations!
