I got this app early this year and had great success with it losing almost 30 lbs in 3 months. I fell off the wagon this spring for various reasons the main my divorce coming to a head, so have been quite depressed for a while. I've battled depression most my life and have been able to cope well with it, but sometimes it gets the best of me. I don't like to be on meds, too many side effects. I feel that if I live a healthy lifestyle I can keep myself in check and feel a lot better. This is a great site and could use some friends to reach our goals!

Hi
You've lost an amazing amount of weight in the past so I know you know *how* to do this. Don't beat yourself up about 'falling off the wagon', you've had some emotional things happening to you and no one can blame you for not being on top form when it comes to tracking your calories. You're a human being and life happens, give yourself a break and focus on how you can make this work for you this time. You can do it, wishing you the very best of luck!0 -
