Signed up a year go... started really using a month ago.

So Howdy!!

Like many phone apps, I signed up and looked at MFP last year but never really found the value.

Today, I have to say that I have a 29 day streak signing in and logging all my food and exercise!
I also see that from last year this time till now I have lost a good 10~ Lbs.

I'm sitting on about 215-220 and my short term goal is 198... If I gain speed in loosing I'd really be happy to hit 189..

I'm a second year road biker and my new found outdoor hobby has helped i'm sure.

I guess I'm willing to 'pal' up with anyone that can use a kick in the butt, as I need it as well.
Watching this last 29 days opened my eyes to some bad eating habits and while i'm not 'counting' calories as much as watching trends, I have only exceeded my allotment on 6 or 8 days over the last 29.. My days under FAR exceed the overs and I weight in on Sundays.. I'm looking forward to this week as I was on vacation last week and didn't get to ride. I did however keep my intake at or below my limits...(most days.) ;)
