Hello,
I'm starting to use this log again to keep better track of my diet while training for some upcoming trail races. Anyone else out there with similar goals and interested in sharing ideas?

    I'm also starting to do the same. Have a half in November I'm training for, and would like to stay on track with my diet to help improve performance. What distance are your races? Feel free to add me as a friend

    Trail runner myself. Although finding it hard to hit the trails lately but still running. And logging in order to drop a few extra pounds. trying to get ready for my big annual tough trail run in in Bandera Texas in Jan.
