Had a scare over the past few weeks. Found a lump under my arm. Had ultrasound biopsy planned for yesterday but lump was gone so no biopsy needed! VERY grateful. As a breast cancer survivor, there is always that fear when anything suspicious pops up. *PHEW* So, today I can relax and just breathe.

i'm SO VERY happy for you, that the scare is now in the PAST! i can honestly say I can't imagine the anxiety you experienced, but i'm glad you can now move on from it!

Thank you! I can't tell you how much weight I feel lifted from my shoulders!

@47Jacqueline All chiropractors are sadists. It's part of the job description. ;)
@Exquisitern NSV giving away the caramels. :star:
I find it helps not to have any food in the bedroom. It is too much temptation. :)

    Rocked it yesterday. :)

    Almost forgot! JFT 9/26

    Workout - done!
    Walk the dogs - done!
Stay within calorie limit (will likely go to the movies so no popcorn - I always want it and then eat too much of it and feel sick - JFT I will not do that!)
    No drinking alcohol

care for our sick ( & hopefully recovering puppy).
    Get to church
Pretrack -yesterday I didn't make healthy choices at dinner, today I'll prep better.
Biggest challenge will be getting in some activity today. Need to plan.
    Drink 9 cups of water.
    Visit in laws.
    Plan week-lots to do!
Grateful that I'm not aching anymore why I get up in the am. I'm sure this is related to cutting way back on processed foods.

    Have a great Sunday!

    Not a great day.

Well over my calorie goal. Going to be tough to make the week.
    Walked 3.1 miles at 17:36/mile
    Didn't express my wellness mantra

For today, will make good choices during meals.
Will work out for 40 minutes.
I will express my wellness mantra.
I am expressing gratitude that my mother in law's passing yesterday was peaceful. Marvelous lady...

Thank you for the well wishes. Certainly know many people have gone through this same process.
