Is it just the heat? or just me?

is it just me, or does it happen to everyone???
When summer comes around, i tend to get less hungry. like i dont want to eat. cause its to hot, i rather just snack on Popsicle and water sometime juice if im tired of drinking water. and i tend to get more veggies and fruits. and when i have meat, i usually almost grill every type of meat. i just dont know if that happens to just me or does it happen to a few other people?

and because of all that, i usually lose 20 lbs in a whole summer.

what about you? does this happen to you? or maybe im just crazy.

    This is usually me as well. However lately it's been cold (frost warnings) so I am having the opposite occur I just want to eat and prepar for hybernation lol. Hopefully it gets warmer so I can have my 20lb weight loss =)

    Yes, I definitely haven't been as hungry since it's been hot. But I really want to know where they still have frost warnings, because here in Texas, we're at 99-100 degrees and I'm melting...

    My diet and exercise always do WAY better in the warmer months. I live in michigan so in winter I hibernate. lol

    exactully cause its the heat that makes us hot, but not hungry. like starving mood.. like omg i gotta eat. its like, i can last a while. :) without eating. :)
