In for 120 this month. Hopefully it will cool down enough I can ride my bike on errands again without being a disgusting, sweaty mess when I get where I am going! LOL!0

This weather is incredible! Sunny, road construction, beach traffic.....yup, the perfect day to ride. Big ring, high gear work. Well so much for me taking it easier. I had lost my nerve to go faster. So I put on my big girl shorts and went fast. I think I have hit 25 mph in a traffic circle. Strength, time and distance are coming back, it took long enough as what memories of my wreck fade away. Will never forget what I felt and looked like, but my bravery and comfort level is finally coming back. Thanks to you all for hanging in there with me.

Hi Everyone! I've been letting the rest of my life get in the way of taking care of myself. NOT GOOD. Plus, I've really missed you all and the great motivation I get from this group. So, put me down for 100 miles for October. If I disappear for more than a couple of days I may need someone to come kick my *****.
