Can I join?? This is a huge problem for me. My personal goal will be to avoid LNS 6 out of 7 nights and to only eat IF I have the calories.
So here we go:

I am joining. I eat the majority of calories after dinner and tend to blow through my goal

My goal is to quit mindlessly eating from dinner until bedtime.0 -

The monster struck again! I'm trying to look at patterns of when I'm susceptible. This time... I had a change of routine, was hormonal, and was rushed for time so ate something else for dinner instead of what was planned. It threw me off and made me more susceptible to temptation!0 -

I've been drinking Decaf Lemon & Honey Green Tea though. Only 1 packet of Stevia sugar.
Helps a lot with my LNS cravings and it's all 0.
Watching my weight and waist with this and am still losing.0 -
Oct 2 (Fri.)

Over all Steak 12
Oct goals:
1) Get protein in mid afternoon 5/7 days
2) only fruit after 8 pm 6/7 days
3) something sweet PORTION control, though! 6/7 days0 -
