Hi all.....official post for your weekly weigh in. Post your stats in this thread for week 1 weigh in any time between Monday 5th and Sunday 11th Oct. I am counting this as week 1 weigh in as looking back over last week's posts....it looks like pretty much everyone was just declaring a starting weight.

I've not done well this week (poorly daughter with Chicken Pox!) so:
SW: 13st 11.6
CW: 13st 12.4

0.8 lb GAIN!! eek....not a good start but I hope you have all done better :smiley:

    Just starting on MFP.

    Weight on Monday 5/10: 144.5 lbs

    Trying to lose 1lb a week until i reach a healthy weight. Weighing in next Monday :)

    down a half pound this week That's my goal to lose a half to a whole pound a week. Goal is to be 135 by xmas.

    I weighed myself last thursday for this, so I figure I'll do it THIS thursday too.
    01/10 - 66.3
    08/10 - 66.1

    It WAS 65.7 a few days ago haha, carbs and sodium have a LOT to answer for :( Still.. maybe a better results next week eh.

    I just feel great. Lost 2 KG in the first week.
    I exercised about 4 times this week. (non the weeks before).
    Stayed away from night snacks most of the week.

    01/10 - 94 Kg (207 lbs)
    08/10 - 92 Kg (203 lbs)

    Grrr, up .2! I really have to work on getting my calories in before 1030 and not realizing I am off by 500 or so at that time and eating bad calories. Next week will be better!!
