    I'm so glad I saw your story. I am only on week 6. I'm down 13 pounds and have around 100 to go. In the past I have fluctuated in this 30 pound gap. So for now my first goal was not Quitting at week 6 (my usual quit point) so far so good. and then getting under that bottom number of my usual fluctuation. Since this time I started at almost my highest I still have 15 pounds to get to that. I always see the big weight loss shows and how fast they lose and felt like I wasn't good enough to do that so I would quit. Thanks for showing me it doesn't have to be fast just steady! Hope you don't mind I friend requested you. Thanks again and congrats!
