Stupid cycle *grumble grumble*

I was losing so regularly and fairly speedy for the first 3 weeks of my plan. My cycle is about to start and the scale has not budged for 4-5 days. ARRGG! I know it'll start moving down again soon its just so frustraiting to have results suddenly stall. Just needed to boo hoo a bit. I will get there its just hard being patient.

That's why you should weigh once a week only. Then you can bypass your cycle and weigh in when you are not retaining water. Drink extra water during this time anf flush the excess out!

Its annoying isnt it? But we all know why the scale has stalled and it makes us feel a little better knowing it will move again in a few days.0

:grumble: I too was doing good at loosing...then TOM=time of month came around:mad: , I gained 11lbs..3 days after TOM left the 11lbs left too..::flowerforyou: But havent lost any more......Ive been stuck....
