Im 1.1 kilos off losing a 15 kg bag of dog food.

What can you equate your weigh loss too?

    I'm 4 lbs. away from losing my 4 yr old son!! :) LOL!

    When I get to my goal weight I will have lost Half of myself....Or the weight of my 22 year old daughter....

    I was just thinking about this yesterday! Just after I started someone posted to search your lost pounds on Google Images to see what comes up... was meaning to try it again, but forgot until I saw this...

    I've lost.. A bag of Marshall's ferret litter, or a bag of potatoes, or 10 tubs of Coastal Hi-Temp car grease. AKA 10 pounds.. In less than a month, just from counting calories!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Just go to images.google.com and search "14 kg" (or "30.9 lbs")
