    I have to work the part time tonight so probably something frozen and quickly cooked buried in hot sauce to hide the taste.

    Edited to add: Any one who wants to share their dinner is more than welcome to visit me at work. :)

    I had homemade pizza and garlic bread, 100% made from scratch. Parma ham, button mushrooms and peppers for toppings.

    Whole grain brown rice, mushrooms, onions, fresh garlic, 2 whole local farm chicken eggs, sambal chili paste, and soy sauce!

    Chicken cacciatorre with crispy polenta rounds. My wife is a great cook and she always finds recipes with great calorie counts.

    Leftover night for us since I've got a volleyball game at 7pm. We have baked potato soup, baked ziti, and sandwich/salad stuff in the fridge.
