Turkey, gravy (I make mine with cornstarch instead of flour), cranberry sauce, green bean casserole (with your own condensed soup - I make one with cornstarch/evap milk), cornbread, collard greens, roasted brussels sprouts, etc. Pretty much your standard Thanksgiving. If you need, you can buy specialty gluten free stuffing/dressing and rolls.0

Tofurky, mushroom gravy, veggies veggies veggies (Brussels sprouts, turnips, beans) sweet potatoes (sweet potato mash)
You can make anything vegan, really!
My boyfriends mom made me veggie cabbage rolls this thanksgiving, which was a nice treat! (Canadian thanksgiving was in October)0 -
