Hi there! I'm Jen and I just rejoined MyFitness Pal fairly recently. I'm devoted to doing this :) and I'm so happy to have lost almost 15 pounds already. I've got about 70 more to go but that number doesnt seem so scary anymore.

Anyways I just want to wish you all the best on your weight loss journey!. Feel free to add me as a friend I'm always up for dishing out the support and also feeling support from others :). We got this!

    Hey Jen!

I'm Cait, and I'm also starting my weightloss journey AGAIN... Sadly, for the third time...
HOWEVER! I've done it before so I can to do it again, and this time I'm DETERMINED to hit my goal weight and never go above that again! And I think with all of the awesome options for social media support, anything is possible

Joining you all (again)... this time Im extra motivated. I do best when I have someone to be accountable besides myself -- so please consider adding me as a friend and sending me comments when you see me slip (though Im determined not to!).

I'm redoing it again too! I lost about 50 pounds previously and gained it ALL back because I didn't maintain! I know better now and will do an even better job than last time.

I'll send a friends request :) the more the merrier!

I'm Melissa and I restarted my weight loss goal last Friday. I have an activity bracelet thing and this app. I have read somewhere that weight loss is 65% nutrition and 35% exercise. This app will help me stay on top on the nutritional aspect of my goal and Jazzercize at 5:30 am will help me with the exercise aspect. I have 85 lbs to lose. Good luck everyone!

Hey everyone! I am Megan. Found this group after searching for others who use Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home DVDS. I recently discovered them and am hooked! They are so great, but doable, which I like. I am also back on my weight loss journey after a severe lapse.

Currently, 160 trying to get to GW: 130. Right now I am alternating Walk it Off in 30 Days, with 5 Mega Miles. Haven't been able to get past 3 miles, but I am trying!

    Friend requests welcome!
