    Just finished my first work out and ate breakfast now it's a quick shower and off to work. :)

    yesterday I went horseback riding for 1 hour! :)

    When I get home from volunteering at the horse barn I am going to do my workout and i'll post here once my workout is done! :)

    So the only exercise that I did on Weds was volunteering for 2.5 hours at the horse barn that i ride at.

    Yesterday, I went horseback riding for 1 hour! :)
