I overshot what I thought my burn was going to be during class tonight and ended up going over AGAIN. I even upped my calories! Grrrrrrrr. I always burn 400+ in Pump and for some odd reason burned 300. I'm so annoyed!!!!!!!!

    I have an stationary bike on my covered deck. When I go over (or want to eat something more), I'll go out there and pedal until I hit my calorie count. So it's never irreversible. And I watch streaming NetFlix while working out (so I'm learning much via all their documentaries).

    Ack! You went over by 62 calories! If you do that for 57 days in a row you'll gain 1 pound whole pound so be careful! Hehehe, just messing with ya! :tongue: Try not to sweat over plus or minus 100 calories or even 200 calories for that matter. It all evens out in the end just stay on track!

    Haha! That's a good idea! I almost hit the treadmill when I saw that tiny calorie burn, but I already taught spin today and have two classes tomorrow so I thought I should give it up.
