Virtual Workout Meet Up 7am (EST)

I have a good number of great MFP supporters who workout almost on daily basis and I thought to extend the invitation to the whole community.
If you've been thinking about waking up earlier to start the day with a workout this may be your chance to kick it in high gear everyday.
I go out to the trail for a bike ride at 7am EST. There's something more engaging in knowing other MFPs are working out at the exact same time as you, isn't it?

    Sounds good, but I am in my cool down stage during your bike ride. I am usually up at 4:30 and at the gym(Planet Fitness plug) by 5. This happens 5 days a week, no matter what time I go to bed, and it gets hard working out on 3-4 hours sleep sometimes. I will be thinking about you though, and keep me in ya thoughts as you hit the trail to a more healthy lifestyle.

    haha well I live in Washington *PACIFIC TIME* so there's no way that I'd be getting up at 4.. BUT, I am definitely going to make more of an effort to get up at 7 MY TIME and work out! :)

  • Oh I have such a hard time with that one. Once I am in that bed I am not getting up until the last second. I tend to work out in the evening which I really like, but it poses a problem that if something comes up I don't get it in. I need some tips to start the morning workouts...any suggestions?????
