    I'm in. What's everyone's plan? I will eat very healthy and exercise 6 days a week for 40 min per day with little to no rest. I will wear a heavy sweatshirt to sweat more. No booze at all. Water and black coffee only

  • I'd like to join too, I've put on a lot of Xmas weight (mostly from bloating & water weight, I know, but still...) & would like to get back on track this month.

    I'm 5'3" and 55.6kgs (122.6lbs), and my goal for February 1st is approximately 50.6kg (111.6lbs).

    My plan is to do yoga for 80 minutes a day and cardio for 10-20, do a 20 minute strength circuit 3-4 times a week, to drink 2 litres of water a day and to make a larger percentage of my diet vegetables. I did this for a few months about a year ago & lost 20+kgs, but fell out of the habit & have become a lot flabbier... so I'm hoping to start fixing that.
