So..

I started my teens being one of them people that could eat anything and never put on weight. I hit 18 and everything changed. I ended up going up to 18 stone, which completely changed everything about my appearance and health. I then went down the wrong route and started doing things I shouldn't be doing in terms of taking substances regularly. I then went down to 11.5 stone, in November last year I quit everything and now I'm weighing 13 stone and I've got some curves on my hips and belly. I am finding it difficult this time to lose weight effectively and keep it off!!

I need some good tips on how to maintain a steady diet and keep myself on top of it. I work in an office so I spend quite a lot of my day sat down, so this is proving to be quite a challenge for me!!
