Aching legs

my legs are aching like mad, can't keep my legs still, they're too painful.

Someone was on here the other day talking about aching limbs & salt intake or ways to combat this.

Any suggestions please as I can't find the original advice.

    Drink something salty.... broth..... pickle juice..... something. Also, get some magnesium supplements.

    Mcdonalds burgers(sans bun) are also good sources of salt. Beef buillon with some unflavored gelatin is amazing. If all else fails you could try thermo tabs to get your salt in. And magnesium for sure.

    You could also try some fake salt for the potassium.

    Yes! Get some sodium in you! Then get some magnesium citrate supplements, and maybe potassium too! So sorry you're hurting! :(

    Magnesium for sure. Sodium too or you'll just keep dumping everything and be all out of whack, my leg cramps didn't stop till I got magnesium and if I missed a day I'd get wicked charlie horses at night, and neck spasms
