It was suggested that I post these in the main forum instead of just the pics thread so here you go. ;) I'm going to be brave and share progress pics that I took recently. I know I always get inspired seeing others' progress pics so I'll share. If anyone else has progress pics to share, please post!

The first set of pics are from 8/30 when I started my Transformer DietBet. I didn't take them when I started keto on 11/2 but at that point I was only down 2.8 lbs from the first set of pics so very close. (You can see I definitely tend to carry any extra weight in my midsection!)

And second set (I've lost a couple more pounds since then). I've gone back down 2 clothing sizes! Zero sucking in to make it a fair comparison. ;)

I've actually lost a little more from the waist/belly and less from the hips doing keto than when I was at this weight a few years ago. Works for me since the belly is always my trouble area!

Lookin good! I think it's common when lc for us to lose in the belly area more quickly than other types of diets. Something to do with insulin I think, I dont have the right kind of memory to be an expert on this stuff lol. But now every time I see a woman with a large belly and smaller elsewhere I want to talk to get about lc, men too of course, but I know the struggle that many woman go through, I hate to see them struggle as i did.

Nice work, seeing others success is always so inspiring to me.

    Thanks, everyone!
@auntstephie321, when I was at this weight before, I'd actually lost the weight through the Dukan Diet. So it was also LC, but low-fat/high protein. When I got to this weight 2 years ago, I pushed on to lose 5 more lbs but I started getting too thin in my face/legs (my calves are always scrawny, even when I'm 30 lbs heavier ;)) and my belly wasn't changing much. I'm glad to see the high fat rather than high protein is giving me more the results I was hoping for the last time around!

I've also recently started doing strength training so I'm looking forward to the changes that will bring, too! I'm not prone to putting on muscle but even a little would be nice. ;)
