This app is great, I've lost I've dropped from 15st 10lbs to 14st 8lbs, trying to hit my target of 13st 10lbs! Any tips on losing belly fat?

You doing great already! Well done.
We can't spot reduce fat, but you could try some high intensity interval training...short bursts of high intensity cardio if you are not already, along with some weight training.0 -
