    Successes/struggles this week: I weighed 85.3 yesterday so I am ok with the small overall gain. I have been struggling to be disciplined for a long time now, especially in the evenings, or I even started out the day with sweets. yesterday was the first day in a long time when I did not cheat and this morning I was at the gym before work. I was online a lot yesterday and made many new friends. I hope the discipline lasts but I am positive!

    Successes/struggles this week: Getting tired of eating spinach, brussell sprouts, green beans and broccoli over and over again. Need to find some more vegetables! Also, not been doing good on exercising. Finding time to do it is very challenging!

    Successes/struggles this week: I wasn't able to work out this week due to a minor surgery I had. I'm proud of myself for not letting my diet go just because I couldn't work out. Usually when one thing goes wrong I just give up. Not this time!

    Successes/struggles this week: I went all the way up to 247.8 and as low as 244.2 at all different points this week. I stayed on plan and within my calories, but the fluctuations were nuts. Glad I settled where I did.
